I am now exclusively offering therapy over Skype/What’s up or phone. So that people can stay within the safe confines of their home. During these unprecedented times, people are being met with unique challenges. I am here to provide a safe, empathetic space within which to explore uncertainties and anxieties and to try and find new ways of discovering meaning and fulfilment in the face of insecurity and fear.
